Blog about our daily experiences with the 19~30 topic
Last wednesday we had another nice Nity fellowship with some new friends. After having an enjoyable dinner with Japanese curry stew, chili pork and some coca cola wings, we had a short alpha topic. ^_^
Our Nity group had the opportunity to prepare a rather traditional swedish Christmas table for our fellow brothers and sister at Lund last Saturday. Here’s some Food pictures. ^_^

-The Difference-
I got up early one morning
and rushed right into the day;
I had so much to accomplish that
I didn’t have time to pray.
Problems just tumbled about me,
and heavier came each task.
“Why doesn’t God help me?” I wondered.
He answered, “You didn’t ask.”
I wanted to see joy and beauty,
but the day toiled on, gray and bleak;
I wondered why God didn’t show me,
He said, “But you didn’t seek”.
I tried to come into God’s presence;
I used all my keys at the lock.
God gently and lovingly chided,
“My child, you didn’t knock.”
I woke up early this morning,
and paused before entering the day:
I had so much to accomplish that
I had to take time to pray.
Yesterdays NITY meeting was held over the air, because of sickness and also different kind of busyness, such as exams, projects, etc. Please pray for everyones health in this cold and snowy weather. ^_^
Over the air? Yeah we had a nice time doing some sketch planning and PowerPoint planning using skype and shared documents. Technology is fantastic when you find the right moment to use it. Haha.
Oh right! Last meeting didn’t went as planned with the alpha course. Instead we had a prayer meeting, which was more than welcomed. ^_^
Anyway, we still had a fantastic dinner time together and here’s some picture of it.
Now just a few hours before the coming NITY meeting I’m going to post some pics from our last meeting at Alex place. Last time Alex and Filip made us a super tasty ‘smörgåstårta’ and a warming broccoli soup without broccoli, just to warm us in this cold weather.
We didn’t have our regular alpha course this time, but instead used the time for worship and planning our Christmas sketch. ^_^
Lazy me is almost catching up with the blog updates. I know I don’t write much but I like to post our pictures from NITY. We are having enjoyable fellowship~
The food we had this time is of Chinese style a la Wan & Jonas with ox-tail soup and rice noodles, and a mix of dumplings.^_^

Last Wednesday, we had our 1st session of the alpha course (the week before was actually the introduction session) at Alex place. We had a nice time together to make dinner as well. The dinner we had is: meatball a la Alex made by the super trio chefs. ^_^
The alpha topic this time was; Who is Jesus? We had a good chance to discuss what history shows and also learn more about how Jesus were as a person. If you want to know more about Him or us. be sure to join us again. ^_^
